Exchange Physical Therapy Group (EPTG) is a small business with 5 locations in Hudson and Bergen Counties- located in Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, and Edgewater. We are NOT private equity-backed , and we refuse to run our clinics like corporate mills. Our PTs aren't drowning in 18-20 patients a day and they are not looked at as just a license number. Our PTs see an average of 9 patients a day, and once a patient roster is built, our PTs then earn a lucrative bonus based on productivity
- last year bonuses ranged from 10
- 50% of a PT's total salary.

What We Offer:

$90k- 110k/year ⭐
Per Diem Rates:
Any hour worked over 40 hours, compensated at $65/hour ⭐PTO:
