Full-Time or PRN Location:

As one of only 14 facilities in the nation certified to provide specialized care to young adults (ages 21-59) with neurological impairments, our Horizons Neurological Program is designed to foster growth, independence, and restoration of functional abilities. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments Address a range of needs including mobility, strengthening, coordination, balance, pain and contracture management Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals
What We're Looking For:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of NJ Current CPR certification Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply•mentorship available
