Home Care Physical Therapist Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy / Excel Physical TherapyOutpatient Homecare Salary:
$105,000- $115,000 Home Care Physical Therapist
- Excel Physical Therapy / Ivy Rehab Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, and independence.
Key duties:
Conduct in-home PT evaluations and reassessments Create and progress individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility training Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies Document visits and patient progress according to clinical standards Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providersTop Talent Deserves Top Benefits Competitive Salary:
