Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Help residents improve mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in the State of New Jersey - Required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and resident-focused approach Skilled Nursing/LTC experience preferred Why Join Us?
