Job Description
Total Compensation range: $85k-$115k A growing multidisciplinary physician group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team in Ocean County. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, and helping individuals regain function and return to the activities that matter most. You'll have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population while continuing to grow your clinical skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and functional needs. Deliver one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services using evidence-based treatment techniques. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation professionals to coordinate high-quality patient care. Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and help patients achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). Help patients safely return to work, athletics, daily activities, and recreational pursuits. Contribute to a positive clinic culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives as needed. Remain current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license. Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience. Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication skills. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
