Job Description
Dance Physical Therapist — Full-Time or Part-Time Elevation Physical Therapy is a small, high-impact, cash-based practice looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate, compassionate, and ready to deliver one-on-one, results-driven care. We serve active adults, dancers, athletes, and motivated individuals who want to improve their functional movement and quality of life. This is NOT your typical high-volume clinic — here, we prioritize authenticity, connection, and excellence. You'll join a tight-knit team where your voice matters, your skills are valued, and your growth is supported. What You'll Do Provide 25-32 patient hours/week (for full-time) of manual therapy-focused, individualized care Treat active adults, dancers, athletes, and goal-oriented patients Complete EMR documentation and patient follow-ups Help with basic clinic upkeep and team meetings Participate in a 6-week mentorship program, including co-treating, weekly check-ins, ramping up caseload, and skill development Collaborate with our marketing specialist on content creation and workshops — and help shape marketing for your own niche Lead 1-2 community workshops per month and engage in local events and outreach What We're Looking For Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Manual therapy trained Passion for one-on-one, results-focused care Strong communication, authenticity, and compassion Comfortable in an athleisure/activewear dress code (put-together + functional) Ready to grow clinically and professionally in a collaborative team Experience with performing artists and/or you are a performing artist Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based bonus $1,500/year CEU reimbursement Flexible sick time, vacation, and clinic schedule Health benefits negotiated at the time of hire Why Elevation?
