Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their mobility and overall well-being. Physical Therapist (PT)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to assess their condition Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Physical Therapist (PT)
Skills:
