5 No Weekend Shifts Required Additional Requirements Preferred Home Health experience Valid Physical Therapist license required Epic experience preferred Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and establish individualized plans of care and treatment programs. Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve functional goals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes. Accurately document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Complete billing documentation appropriately and in a timely manner. Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participate in the orientation and training of new staff members. Serve as a clinical instructor and mentor for students. Exercise independent judgment in managing moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Acute Care within a large academic medical setting. Board Certification as a Specialist in an area suitable for care in an acute care setting. Candidates with previous successful clinical affiliations in similar healthcare environments are encouraged to apply. Education & Licensure Requirements Active New Jersey License to Practice Physical Therapy. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program. 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist strongly preferred.

Pay:
