Job Description
Position Summary Step away from heavy facility caseload. As a Physical Therapist with BrightStar Care of Mount Laurel, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, supported by an RN-lead team. Enjoy flexibility, premium pay, and meaningful patient impact. Responsibilities of Home Care Physical Therapist Perform PT evaluations and follow-up visits per physician orders. Develop and adjust individualized plans of care. Deliver therapy for gait, balance, mobility, strength, and fall prevention. Train patients and caregivers on home exercises and safe mobility strategies. Document per NJ DOH and BrightStar Care standards.
