Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in the home setting Develop individualized, goal-oriented plans of care Deliver therapeutic interventions and functional training Educate patients and caregivers Complete timely EMR documentation

Requirements:

Active NJ PT license (new grads eligible) Degree from an accredited PT program Reliable transportation Strong communication and time-management skills Ready to learn more?
