Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
