The ideal candidate for this job has orthopedic experience and is passionate about providing exemplary care in a private outpatient physical therapy setting, has strong interpersonal, leadership and professional skills, a desire to continuously advance their clinical skills and knowledge base, and works supportively and collaboratively in a team environment. This position also provides an opportunity for career growth for the clinician looking to move into a director position.
