District-Wide (K-12, Multiple Schools) School-Based Physical Therapist Job Soliant Health is actively seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based contract opportunity in the Orange, New Jersey area. This district-wide position supports K-12 students across multiple school sites, providing essential physical therapy services that help improve mobility, access, and functional participation in the educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric or school-based PT who is looking to work within a collaborative K-12 district team. Position Details Full-time position (35 hours per week) School hours: 8:30 AM - 3:15

June 25, 2027 District-wide assignment (multiple schools) K-12 caseload Onsite position Zoom interview process Responsibilities Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment services for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Support students with mobility, positioning, strength, balance, and gross motor skills Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements Promote student access to educational activities and school environments
Qualifications Required:
Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Ability to work across multiple school sites within a district Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be able to complete NJ requirements, including: TB test Physical examination Fingerprinting for both district and staffing requirements
Preferred:
