Part-Time (PT)Essential Functions:
Formulates objective treatment goals and plans to achieve goals Modifies goals and plans as needed Provides medically prescribed treatment to outpatients May be assigned to the hospital to provide inpatient care Retains responsibility for the physical therapy care of the patient being treated by the physical therapist assistant through direct supervision Completes written or computerized documentation in the medical record as pertains to patient's status Completes all other forms, documents and letters as necessary Participates in committees and meetings as assigned Maintains knowledge of current laws and standards of practice as relates to physical therapy Participates in educational activities including student supervision and provision of education on areas of expertise or interest Contributes to hospital and community education within scope of knowledge as requestedBenefits and Perks:
