Work Environment This role will require you to work onsite at our outpatient office, providing you with direct interaction with patients and a supportive team environment. The facility is designed to facilitate effective therapy sessions, featuring advanced rehabilitation equipment and spacious treatment areas. Our clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional capabilities and limitations, establishing baseline metrics to inform treatment strategies. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing patient mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting recovery. Engage in therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, movement re-education, and neuromuscular re-education tailored to each patient's needs. Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to reflect changes in condition or achievement of goals. Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and best practices for injury prevention, ensuring they feel empowered in their rehabilitation process. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care and facilitate optimal patient outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Patient Population / Client Focus The patient population you will serve encompasses individuals of all ages who are experiencing a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your role will involve working with diverse backgrounds, allowing you to implement tailored therapeutic strategies that meet the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic therapy, showcasing your ability to effectively address the specific needs of this patient demographic. Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills to inform decision-making processes. Exceptional communication skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and families. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a multifaceted healthcare team. Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates who have experience utilizing advanced rehabilitation techniques or specialty certifications such as Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and outcome measurement tools is also advantageous. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of
USD 100,000
