Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Lead and manage daily clinic operations and workflow. Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff. Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and goals. Ensure documentation accuracy and EMR compliance. Monitor quality metrics and implement process improvements. Maintain regulatory and payer compliance standards. Collaborate with referring providers and community partners.
