Job Description

JAG Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist, Clinical Director to lead clinical operations while providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will manage day-to-day clinic workflow, supervise and mentor therapists and support staff, and ensure evidence-based, personalized treatment plans. You will oversee quality, compliance, and performance metrics, collaborate with referring providers, and support community outreach. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Lead and manage daily clinic operations and workflow. Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff. Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and goals. Ensure documentation accuracy and EMR compliance. Monitor quality metrics and implement process improvements. Maintain regulatory and payer compliance standards. Collaborate with referring providers and community partners. Support staff training, onboarding, and continuing education. Contribute to clinic growth through patient and community engagement.
