Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join Atlantic Rehabilitation's outpatient team in Wayne.   • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
  • Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
  • Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
Principal Accountabilities:
Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.
Required:
1. New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy. 2. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
Preferred:
1. WCS or
PRPC 2. 1-3
years of experience in Pelvic Health, but newer grads are welcome to apply
