Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license Previous experience in a hospital-based therapy setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to adapt in fast-paced medical environments Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for team-based care
Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment Full-time, 40-hour workweek
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and craft individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapies for a wide range of conditions Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in case discussions and staff meetings to enhance care delivery
