Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role in restoring and enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to promote recovery across diverse settings. Your expertise will help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through compassionate, skilled care. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional assessments. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and exercise programs. Manage discharge planning to ensure seamless transition from inpatient or outpatient settings to home or community care. Provide hands-on therapy sessions for patients in outpatient clinic. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while adhering to clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans for geriatric patients, pediatrics, orthopedics, and neurology cases. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, physiotherapy exercises, and post-treatment care to maximize recovery outcomes. Experience Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with geriatric patients, pediatric populations, and those requiring neurological or orthopedic rehabilitation. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices related to physiotherapy. Experience managing electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems with attention to detail and compliance standards. Familiarity with acute care environments and inpatient experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation center operations and outpatient clinic workflows enhances your ability to deliver exceptional patient care. Ability to perform specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy and manage complex care plans involving multiple disciplines. Pay:
$37.00 - $40.00 per hour
