Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapy techniques, operating specialized equipment, assessing patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. The role involves educating patients and caregivers, maintaining a safe environment, and participating in quality assurance and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Valid state-specific Physical Therapy license Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred:
Doctorate in physical therapy; experience or new grads are welcome

Critical thinking, effective communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use Physical abilities to lift, move equipment, and assist patients Ability to work under pressure, adhere to safety protocols, and adapt to irregular schedules Visual acuity and sensory communication skills
