Perform comprehensive assessments of inpatient and outpatient populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries adhering to departmental policies Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and family discussions Coordinate and supervise student and volunteer programs Assist with departmental orientation, patient scheduling, and staff supervision Support performance improvement initiatives and departmental productivity standards Foster positive relationships with medical staff and community resources Engage in community outreach and educational opportunities Perform other related duties as neededWhat You Need:
Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license BLS certification from AHA Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills Ability to adapt care to diverse patient needs and cultural considerations Excellent communication and teamwork skills About theAssignment:
