What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with other therapists and clinic team members to provide an exceptional patient experience. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic environment. Continue developing your clinical skills through continuing education and mentorship. What We're Looking For Current Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with patients and coworkers. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Someone who is motivated to grow professionally and personally. Someone who enjoys having fun and contributing to a positive workplace culture!
