Job Description

Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join their premier outpatient rehabilitation team in Airmont, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and the ability to work with a diverse patient population in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality, hands-on skilled therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting. Treat a diverse caseload of pediatric and/or adult patients presenting with orthopedic, neurological, sports injury, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Collaborate closely with referring physicians, orthopedic specialists, and an onsite interdisciplinary clinical team. Maintain accurate, timely electronic clinical documentation and progress reports. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness goals.

Salary:
