Job Description
Director of Physical Therapy, Outpatient Clinic, Westchester NY 120K Excellent opportunity for a seasoned PT to oversee a clinic in beautiful Westchester, New York. Privately held physical therapy practice with several locations treats all ages in orthopedic rehabilitation. Director of PT is responsible for one clinic with several Physical Therapists and support staff. Excellent collaboration for a Director that seeks to led an amazing team. Environment is healthy, friendly and most importantly patient focused. Clinic treats all ages with a mixed bag of general, ortho, sports, pre/post-natal and growing pelvic health specialty. Clinic treats 1:1 and has support staff to assist all therapist and avoid burnout. Director works day time hours offering flex-schedule with onboarding process offering a smooth transition into role. Requires Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with NYS license upon start date. Dedication to quality of care, good communication skills and experience orthopedics a plus. Will consider lead PT looking for next step or seasoned Director. Compensation up to 125K base and performance bonus, Relocation and Sign on. Profit sharing 401(k) immediate match with potential for partnership/equity buy in•. Student loan reimbursement program.
