Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide pediatric physical therapy services for Early Intervention (birth-3) or school-age students across home, school, and community settings on Long Island. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat children with gross motor delays, mobility limitations, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic impairments, and functional movement challenges. This role focuses on improving strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall functional participation in daily routines and educational environments. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with families, educators, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, effective, and child-centered service delivery.
