Physical Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. We can sponsor your green card application. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions by applying physiology and anatomy knowledge to identify treatment needs Develop individualized care plans that align with patients' goals and medical requirements, incorporating therapies such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and community care settings Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote ongoing recovery Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while adhering to medical terminology standards Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the respective region or country Proven experience in acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health services, or inpatient settings with a focus on patient care excellence Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy Experience with discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans for diverse populations such as geriatrics and pediatrics Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams Ability to work independently in home & community care environments as well as within hospital or clinic settings Join us in delivering compassionate physiotherapy services that transform lives! Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
