Job Description
CareRite Centers seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a post-acute and long-term care setting. In this role, you will assess residents, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individualized interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, and educate residents and families.
