  • Part-time, Contract About Us Quality Movement Restoration (QMR) is a performance-based physical therapy practice focused on helping active individuals and athletes move better, feel better, and perform at their highest level.
We specialize in:
1-on-1, 60-90 minute sessions Identifying root causes (not just symptoms) Hands-on treatment + movement-based correction Helping clients avoid surgery, injections, and long-term limitations This is NOT a traditional PT clinic. We are a results-driven, high-touch, cash-based practice. Who This Role Is For This role is for a clinician who: Loves working with active individuals and athletes Values 1-on-1 patient care (no double-booking) Is confident in communication and guiding patients Wants to be part of a growth-focused environment Is open to learning how to convert evaluations into long-term plans of care If you are uncomfortable having real conversations about commitment and results, this is NOT the right fit. Role Overview (1099 Contractor) Flexible schedule (part-time to start) Hands-on treatment + movement correction Perform initial evaluations and follow-up sessions Educate clients and guide them into a structured plan of care Deliver a high-level patient experience from start to finish What Success Looks Like Creating a strong "wow factor" in initial sessions Helping clients experience real change in pain or movement Communicating clearly and confidently Guiding clients into long-term solutions (not quick fixes) Building a consistent and growing caseload Community & Growth Opportunities At QMR, we actively engage with our local community through: Injury screens at gyms and fitness facilities Performance workshops and classes Run clubs and athletic events Clinicians will have the opportunity to participate in these events to: Build confidence in communication Connect with active populations Grow their personal brand as a provider All event participation is compensated and supported by the practice. Participation is encouraged but not required to succeed in the role.
Compensation Treatment sessions:
$45
  • 70/hour (based on experience) Training / onboarding: $25
  • 40/hour Performance-based bonuses tied to: Package sales Client retention Compensation increases with performance and contribution to patient outcomes and business growth.
