Our multidisciplinary team includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Pelvic Floor Therapy, working together to create personalized treatment plans that support each patient's unique goals. Position Overview:
Patient Evaluation & Treatment Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Treat a broad range of pelvic health conditions, including: Urinary and bowel dysfunction Bladder and Bowel Incontinence Pelvic organ prolapse Pelvic pain Sexual dysfunction Prenatal and Postpartum-related dysfunction Post-surgical complications Pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction Male Pelvic floor dysfunction Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Patient Education Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, and expected outcomes. Develop customized home exercise programs. Provide guidance on posture, body mechanics, positioning, transfers, safety, and activity modification. Recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications when appropriate. Documentation & Compliance Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes within the EMR. Ensure proper CPT and ICD coding for all services rendered. Maintain compliance and documentation standards. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements. Collaboration & Professional Excellence Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Participate in department meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Stay current with best practices and advancements in pelvic health rehabilitation. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current New York State Physical Therapist license in good standing. Experience evaluating and treating pelvic floor dysfunction. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Advanced training or certification in Pelvic Health or Women's Health Physical Therapy. Experience treating prenatal and postpartum patients.

Base Salary:
starting at $80/ hour depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including
