Salary:
Starting at $70,000 annually Make a Difference Every Day Join Springbrook Community Connections and help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life. You'll work as part of a supportive team that values collaboration and compassion. What You'll Do Evaluate people and develop personalized therapy plans. Provide physical therapy services to help people reach their goals. Recommend adaptive equipment and positioning supports. Partner with families, staff, and other professionals to support each person's success. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students, as assigned. Complete documentation and maintain records that meet regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Current New York State Physical Therapist license. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks. Eligibility to drive Springbrook vehicles, if needed. Willingness to participate in aquatic therapy, when required.
