Job Description

Reddy Care Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to grow clinically, treat patients with purpose, and work in a structured environment where quality care, compliance, and patient outcomes matter. Our practice gives therapists the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients across outpatient and home-based settings. You will treat orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, balance, fall-risk, geriatric, chronic pain, mobility, and functional rehabilitation cases. This is the type of physical therapy that changes lives. At Reddy Care, our mission is to help patients move better, live more independently, avoid decline, recover after injury or surgery, and stay active in their homes and communities. We believe PT is not just about exercises on a table. It is about helping people function better in the real world. Why PTs Build Their Career at Reddy Care Real clinical variety Our therapists treat a broad range of cases, including orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehab, balance deficits, vestibular conditions, neurological diagnoses, gait dysfunction, chronic mobility limitations, fall prevention, and geriatric care. Outpatient and home-based opportunities Reddy Care gives therapists exposure to both clinic-based care and home-based care. This creates a deeper understanding of how patients actually move, live, recover, and function outside the clinic. More meaningful patient impact In home-based care, therapists see the patient's real environment. You can identify barriers, improve safety, train functional mobility, reduce fall risk, and help patients regain independence in a way that is immediately meaningful to their daily life. Time to treat and educate We value patient education, clinical reasoning, hands-on care, progressive exercise, gait training, balance work, functional retraining, and proper documentation. Our goal is not rushed care. Our goal is appropriate, compliant, patient-centered therapy. A future-focused PT skill set The future of physical therapy will require clinicians who can manage complex patients, prevent decline, reduce avoidable medical costs, improve function, and support patients across different settings. Reddy Care gives therapists experience with the types of cases that matter most to the future of the profession. Structured private-practice environment You get the stability of an established organization with the feel of a patient-centered private practice. Our therapists are supported with onboarding, clinical guidance, compliance standards, and opportunities to grow. Career growth For therapists who want more, there is room to grow into senior clinician, mentor, lead therapist, clinical director, or leadership roles within the company. What Makes Reddy Care Different Some PT jobs focus mainly on volume. Others focus heavily on a narrow type of patient population. Reddy Care gives therapists the opportunity to treat real-world functional problems across a wide range of patients and settings. Our clinicians are able to help patients recover from surgery, walk more safely, reduce fall risk, improve strength, manage chronic conditions, return to daily activities, and maintain independence. That work matters — to the patient, to the family, and to the therapist. We believe therapists should be proud of the care they provide. Our clinical model is built around ethical treatment, compliance, patient education, and meaningful functional outcomes.
