•Req Number•193832 FlexStaff is looking for an experienced _Physical Therapist ready to advance their career as a Clinical Director_ at one of our client's skilled physical therapy clinics, specializing in orthopedic and sports manual therapy.

Monday to Friday +
License Requirement:
Must hold a New York State Physical Therapist license +
Mandatory Certifications:
First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the clinic's clinical and financial operations, aiming to meet or exceed performance goals. + Mentor and coach both clinical and non-clinical staff. + Build strong relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources. + Drive clinic growth through marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. + Create customized care plans based on the latest evidence-based practices and treatments. + Maintain timely communication with referral sources. + Oversee patient and staff schedules to ensure efficient care delivery. + Complete daily patient care documentation, including progress and discharge notes, promptly. + Set and pursue professional goals for personal and career development.
