Full-Time Job Summary EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations to assess patients' or students' physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve movement, balance, coordination, and independence. Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to help achieve rehabilitation or educational goals. Monitor progress, document treatment outcomes, and modify therapy plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on exercises, injury prevention, and the proper use of adaptive equipment or mobility devices. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Experience working with students with disabilities preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
