Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients across various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and inpatient facilities. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and relieve pain
  • Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay current on advancements in physical therapy practices
Requirements:
  • Certified Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in acute care, orthopedics, pediatrics, or trigger point therapy is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with home and community care
