Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and license Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high quality care to a diverse patient population in a supportive environment Duties Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Utilize various therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and acute care interventions. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home exercise programs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR systems. Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions from inpatient to outpatient or home health care. Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology relevant to patient care. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to rehabilitation. Experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and home & community care is preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and communication. Previous hospital or clinic experience is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations. Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
