Home Stretch Physical therapy may be able to help you. We are Seeking experienced Physical Therapists for permanent per diem or part-time positions for home-based outpatient rehabilitation practice. Home Stretch Physical Therapy, P.C. is an outpatient practice that serves clients in their homes and various retirement communities, and is seeking energetic, creative, outgoing, responsible clinician. Hours are flexible, an you can make your own schedule. Work 1-on-1 with individuals who truly appreciate your service, skills and experience. Perfect for an individual seeking part-time work, stay at home parent looking to do some visits, or semi-retired individuals. Qualification Requirements include:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Computer/tablet with internet access for documentation
- Current licensure/certification in the state of NY in good standing
- Good organizational and communications skills
- Responsible, dependable individual able to work with minimal supervision
- Outpatient and/or home care experience helpful
