Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Pediatric and Adult pelvic floor Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
Duties:
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Utilize modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • Empathy and compassion for patients experiencing pain or limited mobility
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in patient care
