Physical Therapist (PT) Rehabilitation / Long-Term Care

Cedar Park Group is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a short-term assignment at a rehabilitation and nursing center in Vestal, New York. This opportunity is ideal for a PT who is comfortable working with a geriatric population, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a rehab and long-term care setting.

Schedule / Shift

Monday through Friday 30-32 hours per week 8:00 am-4:00 pm schedule, with flexibility within that window Short-term assignment from mid-May through mid-August Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to a geriatric population Develop and implement treatment plans Maintain documentation and progress notes Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Requirements Active NY Physical Therapist license Experience in rehab, SNF, or long-term care preferred Ability to work across multiple nearby buildings This is a strong local opportunity for a PT looking for consistent summer hours in a rehab and long-term care setting.
