Key Responsibilities:

Administer a wide array of respiratory therapy procedures under managerial direction Provide Aerosol, CPT/Flutter/PEP Mask, Incentive Spirometry, M.D.I., Suctioning, Extubation, and Oxygen Therapy Manage complex therapies including BiPAP/CPAP, High Flow Cannula/Humidifier, Cough Assist/Vest, and mechanical ventilation Conduct Pulmonary Function Screens, EKGs (adult/pediatric), Arterial Puncture, and Blood Gas analysis Perform BLS life support across neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations Monitor and respond to ventilator alarms, maintain thorough records, and verify physician orders Operate essential healthcare information, medication administration, and dispensing programs Participate in training, uphold delivery standards, maintain accurate files, and support in-service education

Qualifications:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist credential Current BLS certification; willingness to obtain any additional required certifications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in fast-paced settings Previous travel or hospital experience is advantageous, but not required
