Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy services to a diverse patient population, focusing on rehabilitation, mobility improvement, and overall well-being. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including physiology, anatomy, and medical history review Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, including orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and outpatient rehabilitation cases Conduct therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as trigger point therapy, patient rehabilitation exercises, and community care strategies Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals—doctors, nurses, occupational therapists—to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes Manage discharge planning processes by preparing detailed care plans and ensuring smooth transitions across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and community settings Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to standards for electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies to promote ongoing recovery Experience Proven practicing experience as a licensed physical therapist with a focus on outpatient clinics or inpatient hospital settings Demonstrated expertise in outpatient rehabilitation center environments with familiarity in outpatient clinic experience and home & community care experience Strong background working with geriatric patients and pediatric populations in diverse clinical settings Hands-on experience in acute care environments with knowledge of hospital protocols and inpatient procedures Proficiency in medical terminology related to physiotherapy, orthopedics, neurology, and geriatrics Experience managing physical therapy documentation according to clinical standards and using EMR/EHR systems effectively Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and patient-centered care strategies Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through expert physiotherapy services. $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
