$39-$48 per hour based on experience Qualifications Valid state PT license PT degree from an accredited program Clear background check Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills A passion for helping children reach their full potential School or pediatric experience is preferred! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges related to performance in the school environment Provide direct and/or consultative therapy services to school-aged students Supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers Participate in Evaluation Team Report (ETR) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines Develop and implement individualized intervention plans focused on helping students succeed academically and functionally Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed to ensure measurable outcomes Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, classroom accommodations, etc as applicable Perform other job duties as assigned Why join ABC Therapy?
