Qualifications/Desired Experience:
  • Valid, active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in Ohio
  • Demonstrated hospital-based physical therapy experience; outpatient therapy setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of patient evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
  • Professionalism aligned with ethical and safety standards

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and design individualized, functional treatment programs
  • Implement, adjust, and oversee therapy interventions, directing support staff as needed
