Job Description

We are looking for a PT to work in a Home Health setting completing evaluations, treatments, discharges, and supervision of PTAs. PT will develop a plan of care to restore maximum function due to an injury, disease, or physical disability. PT will supervise and coordinate plan with assistants to achieve patient's maximum function. Sign on bonus. Candidate needs to be graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy school and licensed by the Ohio OTPTAT Board.
