Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Evaluate patients, develop plan of care and provide treatment within the guidelines of physician referrals, participate in efficient, cost-effective planning and operation of the Physical Therapy Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent. Training and Experience Two (2) years experience in Physical Therapy practice preferred, but new graduates are acceptable. BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire. Health and Background Requirements Employment contingent upon successful completion of: Physical Background Check Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
