This role focuses on delivering specialized care to a fifth-grade student with mobility challenges.

Responsibilities include:

Providing one hour per week of targeted physical therapy to support the student's mobility needs. Assisting with feeding and monitoring changes in physical condition. Collaborating remotely via telehealth and on-site as needed to ensure consistent therapeutic support. Documenting progress and adapting treatment plans in response to the student's evolving requirements.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric and school-based therapy. Skilled in telehealth delivery and familiar with healthcare protocols within educational environments. Ability to address mobility impairments and provide assistance with activities of daily living. Strong communication skills to coordinate with school staff and caregivers.
