Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Norman, OK at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will contact you with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient clinic experience preferred. Candidates with prior outpatient caseload management, functional restoration, and therapeutic exercise programming are preferred. Must have experience completing comprehensive evaluations, writing measurable goals, and producing timely, accurate documentation including letters of medical necessity and charge entry using clinic-approved formats. No new graduates. Minimum of 1 year of post-license clinical experience in outpatient or similar settings preferred. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as applicable.Assignment Details Facility Type:

13 week assignment. Candidate must be able to start as soon as possible. Must adhere to clinic guidelines for personal appearance, attendance, and punctuality. Location Highlights Norman, OK offers a mix of urban and suburban amenities within a short drive to outdoor recreation. The city is home to the University of Oklahoma campus and the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art, both located within a 10-minute drive of central Norman. Oklahoma City is approximately 20 miles north, providing access to the Oklahoma City Riverfront, Bricktown entertainment district, and a major airport within a 25-30 minute commute. Lake Thunderbird State Park is about 10 miles east and provides boating, fishing, and hiking opportunities for an adventurous lifestyle. The Cleveland County Fairgrounds and local dining districts offer cultural and community events within easy local commutes, fitting a suburban lifestyle with convenient access to urban amenities. Additional Role Summary Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician direction. Designs functional treatment programs to support return to community activities. Provides patient, family, student, and coworker education. Completes timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and clinic policies. Participates in performance improvement initiatives and pursues ongoing professional development. Upholds professional licensure, ethics, and organizational safety standards.
