$2340.00•$2411.00 Join a welcoming outpatient physical therapy team in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, a community that blends small-town charm with the unique character of historic Route 66. Sapulpa offers a relaxed pace of life, friendly neighbors, and a thriving downtown that has been revitalized with local shops, cafes, and events. The town's location just outside Tulsa gives you easy access to big-city amenities, arts, dining, and entertainment while still enjoying an affordable cost of living and a close-knit community feel. Sapulpa is known for its historic Route 66 heritage, providing a distinctive backdrop to everyday life. On your days off, you can explore classic Americana, visit local museums, and enjoy Route 66-themed attractions. The community often hosts festivals, parades, and seasonal events that bring residents together. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate nearby lakes, parks, and trails for walking, running, and cycling. Families benefit from a community-oriented atmosphere, local schools, and an environment where it's easy to know your neighbors and feel at home. In this outpatient Physical Therapist role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse caseload that may include orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions, with opportunities to see neurologic and balance patients depending on your interests and clinic needs. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through their rehabilitation journeys with a strong focus on functional outcomes and patient education. Your typical day will include scheduled, one-on-one or small block appointments in a modern outpatient clinic setting. Expect to manage a reasonable caseload that allows you to maintain high standards of hands-on care and thorough documentation. You will collaborate closely with other Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient clinic flow and a supportive environment for both patients and clinicians. Patient volume and ratios are structured to prioritize quality of care, with appointment lengths tailored to evaluation versus follow-up visits. Responsibilities include conducting detailed physical therapy evaluations, establishing measurable goals in partnership with patients, implementing therapeutic exercise programs, providing manual therapy and modalities as appropriate, and progressing plans of care based on clinical findings and patient response. You will educate patients and families on home exercise programs, prevention strategies, and realistic expectations for recovery. Participation in interdisciplinary communication with referring providers is an important part of the role, ensuring continuity and coordination of care. The clinic environment is designed to support clinical excellence, with access to equipment for strengthening, balance and gait training, functional mobility, and pain management modalities as available. You will utilize an electronic medical record system for documentation and communication, with support staff assisting to streamline your workflow. Depending on the clinic, there may be opportunities to specialize in certain patient populations such as sports, spine, or balance and falls, allowing you to align your caseload with your professional interests and long-term career goals. Shifts are generally day-time, weekday hours, creating a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance. Occasional extended hours or limited weekend coverage may be requested based on patient demand, but the primary schedule focuses on traditional outpatient clinic hours. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy in practice combined with the support of a collaborative rehab team. By choosing this outpatient PT position in Sapulpa, you will be able to grow your skills in a community-focused setting, develop strong patient relationships, and enjoy the benefits of living along one of America's most iconic roadways with easy access to the broader Tulsa metro area.
