Physical Therapist

We are offering a Physical Therapist (PT) with excellent outpatient orthopedic skills a part-time or full-time position in outpatient orthopedics, with strong opportunities for professional growth. We are a dynamic, 100% PT-owned private practice focused on delivering excellent clinical outcomes and exceptional patient treatment experiences—starting from the front desk. Our treatment approach emphasizes manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, and assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system, all guided by evidence-based research. We offer competitive pay (DOE) with performance bonuses. Patient volume is typically 10-14 patients per day. The ideal candidate has an interest in or experience with clinic leadership or directorship and will have the opportunity to grow into a clinic partner. Qualifications In addition to strong clinical skills, the ideal candidate demonstrates: Positive attitude Flexibility Strong communication skills Desire to advance into a leadership or directorship position Management experience or a DPT degree is a plus, but not required
