Position Summary:
Our Client is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients with physical impairments, injuries, and mobility limitations. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans, help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and function, and support their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and assess physical limitations, mobility, strength, and functional needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and home-care programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as Physical Therapist (PT) . BLS from
AHA. COVID
card or Medical / Religious Exemption Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier service and exceptional communication skills. AL01
Pay:
$58.00 - $62.00 per hour
