Key Qualifications:

Active Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license required Previous experience with pediatric populations or school-based physical therapy strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to assess, plan, and execute individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
